Dhanlaxmi Crop Science shares listed on the NSE Emerge platform with a premium of 90 percent on December 16 after over 500x subscription to the Rs 23.80 crore issue.
Dhanlaxmi Crop Science stock listed at Rs 104.50 per share on the NSE SME, a significant premium of 90 percent over the issue price of Rs 55. The price band for the SME issue was Rs 52-55 per share with the lot size of 2,000 shares.
In the grey market, Dhanlaxmi Crop IPO shares attracted around 90 percent premium over the upper price band, according to the data available on Investorgain today morning. The grey market is an unofficial market for trading in IPO shares till the listing.
Incorporated in 2005, Gujarat-based Dhanlaxmi Crop Science with operations in 5 states produces and sells 24 different field crops and vegetables. The IPO money will be utilised for working capital requirements, offer expenses, and general corporate purposes.
Its product portfolio includes field crop and vegetable seeds for cotton, wheat, bajra, maize, gram, soyabean, mustard, groundnut, guar, castor, sesame, and coriander. Cotton seeds contributed the maximum to its revenue at 95.6 percent in first half of FY25 and 76.8 percent in FY24.
