Reliance Communications' first quarter profit is seen falling 20.9 percent sequentially to Rs 140 crore and revenue declining 1.5 percent to Rs 5,535 crore, according to average of estimates of analysts polled by CNBC-TV18.
Operating profit (EBITDA - earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation) may jump 9.7 percent to Rs 1,818 crore and margin may expand 330 basis points to 32.8 percent QoQ.
Key factors to watch out for would be-Aircel merger-Tower stake sale-Debt at Rs 41,362 crore as of March 2016-Management believes develeraging transactions will reduce the debt level by 75 percent
