    Motilal Oswal has come out with its third quarter (October-December’ 18) earnings estimates for the Automobiles sector. The brokerage house expects Exide Industries to report net profit at Rs. 165.5 crore up 7.3% year-on-year (down 13.3% quarter-on-quarter).

    Net Sales are expected to increase by 12.5 percent Y-o-Y (down 5.8 percent Q-o-Q) to Rs. 2,563.1 crore, according to Motilal Oswal.

    Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) are likely to rise by 13.3 percent Y-o-Y (down 3.8 percent Q-o-Q) to Rs. 320.2 crore.
