Usha Martin has announced its results for the quarter ended December 2010. It has reported net profit of Rs 13 crore as against Rs 34 crore.

Net sales jumped to Rs 745 crore from Rs 591 crore.

PAT was lower due to breakdown of 30 MW captive power plant.
