To attract more passengers, budget passenger carrier SpiceJet on Wednesday commenced a new low air ticket price scheme which offers all inclusive one-way fares as low as Rs 777 for travel to select destinations on its domestic network.

"The four day sale launched on Wednesday will be open till midnight, 25th February, 2017 whereas the travel period covered is from 9th March 2017 to 13th April 2017," the low cost carrier said in a statement.

"The Rs 777 all inclusive fare is valid on popular routes like Jammu-Srinagar, Agartala-Guwahati and many more."

Commenting on SpiceJet's latest sales offer, Yatra.com Chief Operating Officer (B2C) Sharat Dhall said: "At a time where airfares are higher than the usual for the next two weeks, the sale announcement by SpiceJet with a base fare as low as Rs 777 has come as a pleasant surprise for all the travellers."

"It's an opportune time for holiday goers to take advantage of these lucrative prices and book their tickets in advance for upcoming weekends around Holi and Good Friday," he added.
