S Sridhar quits Bajaj Auto

Two-wheeler major Bajaj Auto today said it has made changes in the organisational structure effective October 1.

Two-wheeler major Bajaj Auto today said it has made changes in the organisational structure effective October 1.


The incumbent motorcycle business president S Sridhar, who was associated for over 10 years with the firm, will leave the company and K Srinivas, president retail finance, will be appointed in his place, it said in a statement issued here.


Eric Vas, president for new projects, will take over from Srinivas as president of retail finance. Vas will continue to head the Probiking business, it added.


"The process of leadership transition in the motorcycle and retail finance business units will start with immediate effect and will be completed no later than September 30," it said.
