Alok Ind up 3% on sale of floors in Peninsula Business Park

Alok Industries gained as much as 3.3 percent on Wednesday after its subsidiary sold some floors in Peninsula Business Park located in Mumbai.

    Alok Industries gained as much as 3.3 percent on Wednesday after its subsidiary sold some floors in Peninsula Business Park located in Mumbai.


    According to a release sent to exchanges, the company's wholly owned subsidiary Alok Realtors Private Limited has contracted to sale 14 1/2 floors at tower B building, Peninsula Business Park, Lower Parel, Mumbai - 400013 and received a total amount of Rs 138.64 crore till date.


    Out of the above, agreements for sale in respect of two floors have been completed and full consideration received against these two floors, says company.

    At 12:10 hours IST, the share was trading at Rs 12.25, up 1.24% after hitting an intraday high of Rs 12.50. Market capitalisation of the company currently stands at Rs 1,012.18 crore.
