    Axis Bank Limited has informed the Exchange that pending receipt of final observation(s) on the Public Announcement ("PA") from Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI"), the Company will not be able to commence the proposed Buy-back of equity shares by India Infoline Limited (the "Company") under Section 77A of the Companies Act, 1956 (the "Act") and the Buy Back Regulations as amended to date through the open market mechanism from January 06, 2011 (i.e; the date of commencement of Buy-back as mentioned in the PA).
