    Britannia Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that the approval for voluntary delisting of the Equity Shares of the Company under SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations 2009 has been granted by the Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (CSE) w.e.f. January 12, 2011. The Equity Shares of the Company will continue to be listed on Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).
