HOV Services declares 3rd interim dividend at Rs 2 per share

HOV Services at its meeting held on January 27, 2011 has declared 3rd interim dividend at Rs 2 per share of Rs 10 each for FY 2010-11.

Hov Services Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 27, 2011 have declared 3rd interim dividend of Rs.2/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each of the Company for the FY 2010-11 and the dividend payment date will be February 21, 2011.
