L&T planning exit from joint ventures with minority stakes

Larsen & Tourbo (L&T) is likely to sell its entire stake in joint ventures in which it is not a majority shareholder, reports the Business Standard newspaper quoting unnamed sources. The engineering and construction company right now is working out the exit details in two joint ventures, the report said.

L&T is in talks with CNH, a US agriculture and construction equipment company with which it already has a 13-year-old 50:50 JV
