Zoho Corp to bring edge to customer relation management

A Chennai-based startup Zoho Corp is all set to bring in a new edge to the customer relation management (CRM).

Developed at zoho's new product centre in Tenkasi, the software collects multiple customer interactions, and thus enables the customer-support desk at a company to prioritize queries, access prior queries and use the data to enhance response times.

At the time of launch, this product will butt heads with existing CRM players like Fresh desk and Oracle.
