After a record-breaking 2015, 2016 has been a relatively slow year for private equity investments. Both the number of deals, and the underlying value of these deals has fallen substantially. However CNBC-TV18's Farah Bookwala Vhora reports that private equity firms are cautiously upbeat about their prospects in 2017.
