To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Statement along with Limited Review Report for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.Further, it is brought the notice of all the concern that the pursuant to provision of SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct, the Trading Window shall remain close from February 03, 2017 to end of 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting/ making the result public.Source : BSE
