Turbotech Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2017, inter alia, to consider the unaudited financial results of the Company for quarter and year ending December 31, 2016.Further, as per "Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" in Shares of the Company ("Code"), the trading window will remain closed from January 31, 2017 to February 14, 2017 (both days Inclusive) in connection with the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for quarter and year ending December 31, 2016 for Directors and other employees of the Company covered under the Code.
