Trend Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held 30th May, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st March, 2016 and period ended on that date.Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading ("the Code"), pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed for the Insiders covered under the Code from Monday, 23rd May, 2016 till the end of 48 hours after the results are made public on Monday, 30th May, 2016, for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results of the Company.Source : BSE
