The meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 14th February, 2018 to consider the following:
1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2017.
2. Any other item, if any, with the permission of the Chairman.

As per Company's code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window shall remain closed for all Designated Employees and Directors from February 7, 2018 till February 14, 2018 (both days inclusive)Source : BSE
