Rathi Graphic Technologies has informed that Mr. Manish Garg, M/s Manish Garg & Associates, practicing company secretaries, New Delhi has been appointed as secretarial auditor of the company and Mr. Suresh Kumar Somani, M/s HUMS & Associates has been appointed as internal auditor of the company for the period of financial year 2014-15.
