With reference to the letter dated June 15, 2013, May 12, 2014, May 14, 2014, June 07, 2014 and August 14, 2014, Mahindra Ugine Steel Company Ltd has now informed BSE that the Hon’ble Bombay High Court has sanctioned the scheme of amalgamation between Mahindra Hinoday Industries Limited, Mahindra Ugine Steel Company Limited (the Company), Mahindra Gears International Limited, Mahindra Investments (India) Private Limited, Participaciones Internacionales Autometal Tres, S.L. and Mahindra CIE Automotive Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors (“Integrated Scheme”) on October 31, 2014. The minutes of the order sanctioning the Integrated Scheme will be available on the website of the Hon’ble Bombay High Court in due course.The Integrated Scheme is subject to other approvals, including approval of the Foreign Investment Promotion Board and the Reserve Bank of India. We will keep you informed once the Integrated Scheme becomes effective.Source : BSE
