The Board of Directors of the company have at their meeting held on 29th March, 2017 inter-alia discussed and decided on the following: 1.Considered and approved the terms of re-appointment of Mr. Supriya Mukherjee as Managing Director for a tenure of one year w.e.f. 1st April, 2017, subject to the approval of the members of the Company. 2.Considered to recommend the appointment of M/s. S R B C & CO LLP, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai ( Firm Registration Number: 324982E / E300003 ) as Statutory Auditors for five years at the forthcoming 29th AGM, as per Section 139(2) of the Companies Act, 2013.Source : BSE
