To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial results for Quarter ended September 30, 2016.2. Appointment of Mrs. Anushree Amol Rane, as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.3. Appointment of M/s. Amit Bhatt & Associates, Chartered Accountants as an Internal Auditor of the Company.For prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all designated employees and directors of the Company with immediate effect and will open 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter ended September, 2016.Accordingly, all designated employees and Directors of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.Source : BSE
