Esskay Telecom Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 30, 2015 have decided to appoint Mrs. Nidhi Choudhary as the Woman Director on the Board of the Company, in compliance of Clause 49 (II) (A) (1) of the Listing Agreement.
