Duncans Industries at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, has accepted the resignation of Mr. Rakesh Sharma form the post of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company w.e.f. March 30, 2016. Mr. Rakesh Sharma is being re-designated and will continue as the GM of the Company.
