I have not made payment for the funds, yet I see that in my portfolio. What should I do?
You will receive the mutual funds against your order irrespective of your payment status. If you have not been able to make the payment immediately after placing the order, you can complete it within 2 working days after the payment link was sent from BSE.
If the AMC does not receive your payment in 5 working days of the order placement, then they initiate a reversal process. This reversal will reflect in your portfolio within 2-4 working days of initiating it.
Even if you redeem these units, your transaction will be processed, but redemption will happen only after your money has been received by the AMC.
