Taking to her Instagram account, Neha shared that her journey may have been slow and plagued by doubts, but she did not give up, and the end result gave her more than she had imagined.
“This time, I stayed… through every craving, every doubt, every slow result. I showed up when no one was watching, I believed when it felt impossible, and I trusted the process even when it tested me. 20 kg down, but what I gained is beyond numbers…strength, discipline, self love, and peace. This journey changed more than my body, it changed me. And I’m never going back,” she wrote on her Instagram account.

Yoga: Yoga has both mental and physical benefits. Neha shared various videos throughout her weight loss journey performing asanas such as Malasana, Ustrasana (Camel Pose), Chakki Chalanasana (Mill Churning Pose), and others.

Intermittent fasting: Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern that alternates between periods of eating and periods of fasting. This was part of her journey for about a month, where she focused on a diet centred around protein and foods such as oats, paneer, and avocado.
Zumba: Her Instagram bio states she is a Zumba instructor. There’s nothing better than burning calories and switching up the gym routine with Zumba. It improves mood and burns calories effectively.
Gym: Strength training is irreplaceable for weight loss, and Neha took her cardio and weight lifting sessions seriously. It is great for building muscles and boosting metabolism. Additionally, cardio also aids weight loss.
