Fans who continue to lament his premature passing and honour the legacy he left behind have expressed their admiration for the rediscovered video, which has gone viral. Many have remarked on how the video captures Sushant's quiet strength and spiritual depth, which were occasionally overshadowed by his fame.

Sushant, who is renowned for his broad intelligence and inquisitiveness, had a deep fascination with astrophysics, philosophy, poetry, and the secrets of the cosmos, all of which influenced his perspective outside of the film industry.

On this solemn day, Sushant’s sister, Shweta Singh Kirti, also paid a moving tribute to her late brother. She took to Instagram to share a video featuring never-before-seen photographs and moments that capture his kind heart and simple soul. “Today is Bhai 5th Death Anniversary, a lot has happened since his death on 14th June 2020. Now CBI has submitted a report to the court and we are in a process of retrieving it,” she wrote in a heartfelt caption.

She continued, “But what I want to say today is no matter what happens, don’t lose heart and don’t lose faith on god or in goodness. Always remember what our Sushant stood for… purity, an unquenchable zeal for life and learning, a heart full of love which believed in treating everyone equally and doing charity.” Shweta spoke of his innocence, his ever-present smile, and his deep empathy, encouraging others to honour his memory by embracing kindness and positivity.
