Shanaya Kapoor trolled over her 'stiff' dance moves in music video with Guru Randhawa, netizens say, "Would rather watch a puppet"

Shanaya Kapoor recently made her debut in a music video with Guru Randhawa's song 'Vibe', ahead of her Bollywood launch with Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan. However, it failed to impress large section of the audience and was trolled by the netizens all over social media.

With the lively backdrop of a busy casino, Guru Randhawa and Shanaya Kapoor just posted their most recent music video to YouTube. Gulshan Kumar and T-Series present the catchy song, which is sung by French Montana and Guru Randhawa, while the video shows the pair having fun and dancing together.

However, Shanaya’s screen presence didn’t quite strike the right chord with all viewers. A noticeable section of the audience took to social media, particularly X, to voice their disappointment. Her dance moves, according to critics, looked robotic and lacked the grace that one would expect from a well-known music video.

Several users also pointed out that Her overall performance seemed stiff and detached from the lively energy of the song. Many also commented on how forced her facial expressions felt. One user wrote, "Terrible dancer, why is her body not moving." Another wrote, "She can't even dance properly. Her face also seems so stiff. She needs to work on her facial expressions."

Another commented pointed out, "What's with half mouth open expression these days?"
A netizen also remarked, "Katrinafication of Shanaya is complete but still she has no spark."

Meanwhile, the 25-year-old actress is set to make her big screen debut with Santosh Singh's musical drama Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan co-starring Vikrant Massey. She also has two other projects already in her lineup. She will also be seen with Adarsh Gaurav in Tu Yaa Main and Shujaat Saudagar' upcoming film titled JC.
