Sena - Guardians of the Nation, is an intense and emotionally charged drama that delves into the making of a soldier and the price of patriotism. The show is all set to stream on MX Player from 13th August.

The series centres on Kartik Sharma, a young man who turns his back on a lucrative career opportunity in California to don the soldier’s uniform — a decision that immediately places him at odds with his father’s long-held ambitions for him.

The story, which spans five compelling episodes, provides a unique and unvarnished glimpse into the difficult process of passing the Armed Forces Academy selection exam. Viewers see what it really takes to be considered one of the best in the country through scenes of unrelenting training, mental toughness, and discipline.

Following his arduous victory in the selection process, Kartik is eventually deployed to the unstable and unpredictable region of Kashmir, where every day presents a challenge of bravery.

The narrative takes a dramatic turn when Kartik is captured by militants. What begins as a mission for the country becomes a desperate fight for survival. The clock is ticking, the stakes are higher than ever, and Kartik must summon every ounce of resolve to outwit his captors.

Alongside this physical battle, he is forced to confront a more personal struggle: the emotional distance that years of silence have created between him and his father. Told through a seamless blend of past and present, the series explores themes of resilience, duty, and reconciliation.

Produced by The Viral Fever, directed by Abhinav Anand, and written by Anandeshwar Dwivedi, Guardians of the Nation stars Vikram Singh Chauhan in the lead, with Yashpal Sharma, Shirley Setia, Anandeshwar Dwivedi, Rahul Tewari, Vijay Vikram Singh, Anupam Bhattacharya, Neelu Dogra, and Funcho in pivotal roles.
