When and where to watch Parasakthi
From February 7, 2026, you can watch the movie on ZEE5. The official listing for the site is already up. It confirms the digital release date and shows what will happen next with the movie when it leaves cinemas.
A brief summary of the plot
Parasakthi takes place in Tamil Nadu in the 1960s and tells the story of Chezhaiyan, a railway worker who is quiet and loves calm. He is the only one in his family who works, so he has to take care of things at home and look after his younger brother Chinna Durai, who is a college student who cares a lot about social justice.
Chinna fights hard against social oppression and institutional injustice, but Che doesn't join these activities at first because he wants to live a calm and regulated life. Things grow worse when Thirunaadan, a mean cop, comes by. He ends up supporting the same movement he used to be against. The movie illustrates how he changed, how the brothers' bond blossomed, and how hard it was for him to say no.
