Sudha Kongara's historical drama Parasakthi finally debuted in theatres on Saturday, January 10, following weeks of uncertainty regarding its censor permission. There is a lot of interest in the movie, which was evident at the box office.

According to a trade website, Parasakthi earned Rs 10.1 crore net in India on the second day of its release, taking the total collection to Rs 22.45 crore net in India. The film registered a steep decline in its collection as it collected Rs 12.35 crore net in India.

Although the numbers show respectable attendance, the movie was unable to surpass the opening receipts of the actor's previous hits, Madharaasi (Rs 13.65 crore on its first day in 2025) and Amaran (Rs 24.7 crore in 2024).

The film faced steep competition from Prabhas starrer horror comedy, The Raja Saab. The film is enjoying a decent run at the box office, earning Rs 90.73 crore net in India in just two days.
