Pragya Jaiswal is overjoyed with the success of her recently released film Daaku Maharaaj. In this film, she once again teamed up with veteran actor Nandamuri Balakrishna, their second collaboration after Akhanda. In a recent interview, she opened up about the age gap between herself and the legendary actor.

The actress has shared her thoughts on the topic, offering her perspective on the matter. Pragya explained that she believes acting is about the chemistry and connection between characters, rather than being concerned with age. She also expressed her appreciation for the chance to collaborate with such an experienced actor, highlighting the valuable lessons she has learned from his vast knowledge and expertise.

In an interview with Hindustan Times, Pragya Jaiswal shared her belief that casting should be based on the role and how well an actor can bring it to life. She mentioned that if the pairing works on screen, the age difference shouldn't be an issue. Reflecting on Akhanda, she recalled wondering how their pairing would be received, but ultimately felt that it was filmed effectively. She emphasized that as long as the audience believes in the characters' relationship and the story is told convincingly, age doesn't matter.

Pragya said, "If it looks good on-screen. So, how does the age gap matter? When shooting for Akhanda, of course, we wondered what it would look like. But it was shot so well; as long as the audience believes they’re husband and wife, as long as justice is done to the story and role, I feel there’s nothing to talk about,"

In the same interview, Pragya Jaiswal spoke warmly of Nandamuri Balakrishna, describing him as a source of "positivity." She expressed how much she had learned from the veteran actor and praised him for his candidness, noting that he is someone who speaks his mind without any filters.

"He has no filters, is respectful, makes everyone feel equal, and is overall such a nice person. He’s very collaborative as a co-star," the actress continued.

Daaku Maharaaj continues to perform successfully at the box office. Following the film's positive reception, the makers have decided to release its Hindi-dubbed version on January 31. Alongside Pragya Jaiswal and Nandamuri Balakrishna, the movie also stars Urvashi Rautela, Bobby Deol, Shraddha Srinath, and several other talented actors in key roles.

The film has been praised for its gripping storyline and strong performances, and the upcoming Hindi release is expected to attract an even broader audience. The team is optimistic that the movie's success will continue to grow with the new release.
