Vivian Dsena, a popular name in Indian television, is all set to make his debut on the OTT platform. The actor, who has been a part of the television industry since 2008, is known for his roles in shows like 'Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani,' 'Madhubala - Ek Ishq Ek Junoon,' and more recently, 'Udaariyaan.' After over a year away from the screen, Vivian Dsena is excited about this new chapter in his career.

In an interview with HT, Dsena opened up about his upcoming venture into the digital space. "There are talks going on for a web show, I have done a mock shoot for it. It's going to be my debut for OTT. We still have to start shooting, and we will do that post monsoons," he shared. This transition marks a significant shift for Dsena, who has primarily been associated with mainstream television.

Dsena's last show, 'Udaariyaan,' wrapped up in 2023. Since his marriage in 2022, he has been dividing his time between Mumbai and Bahrain, where his wife and daughter reside. The actor expressed his commitment to managing both his professional and personal responsibilities efficiently. "Who am I working for? Once you have a family, you do all that you can for them. I have this special connection with (comedian-actor) Zakir Khan and he once said, 'never blame your parents for what they did because they must have done their best.' And I love that," Dsena said, highlighting his dedication to his family.

Balancing his career and family life, Dsena often travels between Mumbai and Bahrain. "My family can of course travel to Mumbai when they want and even my father travels to Bahrain sometimes. With so much technology around, it isn’t difficult. And it’s a 3.5-4 hours flight to Bahrain from Mumbai," he explained. This logistical arrangement allows him to stay connected with his family while pursuing his acting career.

Reflecting on his career in television, Dsena expressed satisfaction with his journey so far. The 36-year-old actor noted, "shows are going off air in two to three months, my shortest show has run for 10-11 months." This longevity in a competitive industry is a testament to his talent and dedication.

Despite his success in television, Dsena revealed that he never had aspirations for a Bollywood career. "I never had a Bollywood dream, I am sorry. At the beginning of my career, even before people knew who I am, my mother told me that if God gives you a position at a certain place, give your best every time at the same position. Don’t try to wander around into a position where you have to start from scratch," he said. This grounded approach has guided him throughout his career, allowing him to focus on his strengths and opportunities in television and now, digital platforms.

Vivian Dsena's entry into the OTT space is eagerly anticipated by his fans. His ability to adapt to new formats and his consistent performance on television suggest that he will bring the same dedication and charm to his digital debut.
