A month after Chinese actor Yu Menglong’s tragic death, an autopsy report has surfaced online. It reportedly claims that the popular star, also known as Alan Yu, may have suffered severe physical trauma before his fall. The disturbing details, first reported by Koreaboo, have reignited public debate over the mysterious circumstances surrounding the actor’s death.

Yu Menglong, 37, was confirmed dead on September 11, 2025, after reportedly falling from a building. While his management released a statement citing that police had ruled out any criminal involvement, fans and netizens have continued to question whether his death was truly accidental. His mother had earlier claimed that he died from “a fatal fall from height after consuming alcohol.”

However, screenshots of an alleged autopsy report circulating online tell a different story. Purportedly commissioned by the Jiatai Police Station in Beijing and conducted by the Beijing Shengtang Forensic Appraisal Center on September 14, the document claims that Yu sustained multiple injuries inconsistent with a fall.

According to the report, Yu’s body bore signs of blunt force trauma, including fractures on the left side of his chest, internal bleeding, and damage to several internal organs. The report also mentions evidence of sexual assault and severe injuries described as “genital tears,” alongside indications of possible physical abuse such as missing teeth, a broken nose, and scalp trauma.

Forensic experts cited by media outlets have suggested that several of these injuries are “not typical of a fall,” implying that the actor may have endured assault before the fatal incident. These claims have intensified online speculation, with many calling for a fresh investigation into the case.

Despite the viral circulation of the document, the authenticity of the autopsy report has not been verified. Several reports have noted that portions of the document appear to closely resemble a 2012 autopsy report available on the internet.

As of now, Chinese authorities have not issued any official clarification regarding the alleged report. But Fans of Yu Menglong, best known for his roles in The Eternal Love and The Legend of White Snake, continue to demand a formal update on the investigation.
