Kapil Sharma’s comedy juggernaut is back in the spotlight with The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 4, which began streaming on Netflix from December 20, 2025. With familiar faces returning, celebrity banter dialled up, and punchlines flying thick and fast, the new season has quickly become a talking point. Alongside the laughs, there is one question fans always ask: how much does the cast get paid per episode?

A recent episode added extra buzz when Aamir Khan openly praised Sunil Grover on the show. Known for being particular about portrayals, Aamir reportedly said he would not even call Sunil’s act mimicry because it felt uncannily real. He shared that he first saw a short clip and laughed so hard he struggled to breathe, calling the performance priceless and full of positivity. The moment stood out because it flipped the usual narrative around celebrity impressions, turning it into mutual admiration instead of discomfort.

Sunil Grover remains one of the biggest crowd-pullers this season. His ability to disappear into characters while keeping the humour sharp has long made him a fan favourite. According to a report by Asianet, Sunil is said to be earning around Rs 25 lakh per episode for Season 4. This figure is similar to what he was reportedly paid during Season 3, reflecting his consistent value to the show’s success.

Krushna Abhishek, known for his high-voltage energy and quirky comic timing, continues to bring his trademark chaos to the stage. As per Siasat.com, Krushna is believed to be charging approximately Rs 10 lakh per episode this season. Beyond the show, he earns through live performances, television appearances, and endorsements, with reports pegging his net worth at around Rs 40 crore.

Another familiar face is Kiku Sharda, whose characters have become staples of Kapil’s comedy universe. While his exact fee has not been officially revealed, industry chatter suggests he is among the better-paid cast members due to his long-standing association and consistent popularity.

At the centre of it all is Kapil Sharma himself. Multiple online reports claim Kapil earns around Rs 5 crore per episode for the Netflix series, placing him among the highest-paid comedians in the country. The figure is believed to be based on his remuneration from previous seasons.

Veteran politician and commentator Navjot Singh Sidhu reportedly earns between Rs 30 lakh and Rs 40 lakh per episode for his appearances. Meanwhile, Archana Puran Singh, whose laughter has become a show signature, is said to charge around Rs 10 to 12 lakh per episode.

With a strong ensemble, familiar humour, and moments that spill into pop culture conversations, Season 4 looks set to remain one of Netflix India’s most-watched comedy offerings. The mix of star power and comfort viewing keeps audiences coming back, week after week.

Note: All salary figures are based on media reports, including Siasat.com and other online sources. The amounts have not been officially confirmed by the makers or the artists.
