Baywatch actress Pamela Anderson has shared her frank reaction to a recent encounter with actor and producer Seth Rogen at the 2026 Golden Globe Awards, revealing that it left her feeling “weird” and “yucky.”

The discomfort stemmed from Seth Rogen’s involvement with the 2022 limited series Pam & Tommy, which dramatised the infamous sex-tape scandal from Anderson’s life, a project she has long criticised for being made without her consent.

Speaking on Andy Cohen’s SiriusXM show, Anderson described the awkwardness of being in proximity to Rogen at the ceremony, where he was present as a nominee and winner for his work on a different show. Though she attended the Golden Globes as a presenter, even handing out the award for Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy, she left the event shortly after seeing Rogen, saying the moment brought up uncomfortable emotions tied to the series about.

She told Cohen, "Seth Rogen he did Pam & Tommy without talking to me. I just felt like ugh. How can someone make a TV series out of difficult times in your life? And I am living, breathing human being over here."

At the Golden Globes 2026, Anderson and Rogen were seated in proximity. Anderson elaborated further on the encounter, saying, "He was in the pit at the Golden Globes. We were close. I felt like I’m not chopped liver over here. I felt weird about it. I’ve been so busy working. I’ve done 5 movies in the last year. Sometimes it hits you and you feel kind of down. It felt a little yucky. Eventually, hopefully, he will reach out to me to apologize, not that it matters. When you are a public person, they say you have no right to privacy. But your darkest, deepest secrets or tragedies should not be fair game for a TV series. That pissed me off a little bit."

Anderson, who has kept busy professionally — including completing multiple film projects over the past year — acknowledged that her feelings are complex. While she hopes Rogen might one day reach out with an apology, she conceded that such an apology “doesn’t matter” in the grand scheme of her life now. Still, the fact that the topic resurfaces in prominent public settings shows how unresolved aspects of her past continue to impact her.

The Pam & Tommy series, which depicted Anderson and her then-husband Tommy Lee during one of their most difficult life chapters, won critical acclaim and Golden Globe attention despite Anderson’s criticism.
