Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin’s daughter, Apple Martin, has recently denied reports that she was expelled from school for bullying. Apple has responded to the accusations on Monday, declaring them "completely untrue" on her social media.

Apple, 21, took to her Instagram Story on Monday and re-shared a comment noting that she wanted to give "just a quick little message from myself."

Apple, who recently announced her ambitious post-college goals, added, “Hi! I didn't wanna respond but this narrative is completely false and has gotten so out of hand,' she explained in a message to an unnamed account. I have never been expelled from any school, especially not for bullying anyone.”

She went on to say, “I completely understand ppl not liking me and that is okay! The internet is a place where ppl can share their opinions,' Martin went on. But this rumor is completely untrue, I am not that type of person and anyone who is close to me knows that.”

For the unversed, Apple Martin was accused of bullying in 2024 after a video surfaced of her allegedly trying to roll her eyes and interrupt a fellow debutante's photo shoot during her date at the Le Bal des Debutantes in Paris.

A source close to Gwyneth later told DailyMail that her daughter is not a "mean girl," but rather a "girls' girl."

The source said, “Apple's more playful and fun and she's really a total girls' girl. She would never mean to take the spotlight from anyone, that was not her intention. To characterize her as a mean girl is very untrue.”

The insider added, “She really had such a wonderful evening and I feel bad that this is even taking away from that because it was such an uplifting evening for her and the other girls.”

The video showed the Vanderbilt student making a bold move to get the attention of a photographer while another guest, having her picture taken, went viral. Count Leo Cosima Henckel von Donnersmarck later caught Martin rolling her eyes.

In an interview with Vogue earlier this month, Apple stated that she had modified her post-college plans and will now pursue acting like her well-known mother rather than going to law school.

In May, Apple Martin will receive her law, history, and society degree from Vanderbilt University.
