Famous Bhojpuri singer Sharda Sinha, who is also known as Bihar Kokila, is on ventilator; her son gave her a health update.
Sharda Sinha's son said that his mother's condition has been deteriorating; he urged fans to pray for her and not spread rumors. Sharda has been hospitalized for the past few days.
Sharda Sinha was in shock after the death of her husband, Brij Kishore Sinha, and was rushed to AIIMS hospital in Delhi.
Her son Anshuman went live on his official Youtube channel to give a first-hand health update about his mother's condition.
Anshuman revealed that his mother Sharda is on ventilator. "So I am coming live at this time and giving you the correct information so that no one puts up wrong information. At least in such times, one should know how to correct oneself. Anyway, we are all praying that Mother somehow survives. Her life should be saved. She is also in a lot of pain. So I request all of you who are listening and
those who perform Chhath Puja to include her in your prayers. She has given a very long time for her country and state. Therefore, it is important that she get some more time. Just thank you for now; I will be present as and when things happen.''
"This time this is the true news. Mother is on ventilator. I have just signed the consent. Keep praying. Mother has gone through a very tough battle. It is very difficult. Just pray that she can come out of this. This is the real update. I have just met her. May Chhathi Maa bless. Right now, when I met the doctors, they said that the case has suddenly worsened. Right now everyone is trying."
Her notable songs include "Kahe Toh Se Sajna" from Salman Khan’s Maine Pyar Kiya, "Babul" from the iconic Hum Aapke Hain Koun featuring Salman and Madhuri Dixit, and a number from Anurag Kashyap’s Gangs of Wasseypur (Part II).
