BTS’ Jungkook solo documentary I AM STILL is set to premiere on September 18, 2024, in theaters across multiple regions. The film promises to offer an in-depth look into Jungkook's artistic journey, particularly focusing on the lead-up to the release of his first solo album, GOLDEN.

Recently, it was officially revealed that the documentary will have a total runtime of 1 hour and 33 minutes. The film will explore the 150-day process that culminated in the creation of GOLDEN, offering fans an intimate view of Jungkook's dedication and passion for his craft. This documentary will also depict the personal experiences and inspirations that shaped Jungkook's solo debut.

I AM STILL will feature a range of exclusive content, including behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, and live performances. Fans can look forward to seeing Jungkook’s electrifying performances in Seoul, as well as his iconic live showcase in Times Square. A glimpse of these was seen in the trailer that released yesterday.

Jungkook’s journey as an artist began in 2013 when he debuted as a member of BTS alongside Jin, RM, Jimin, J-Hope, V, and Suga. Over the years, he has gained immense popularity, not only as a member of the group but also as a solo artist. His solo album GOLDEN, released in 2023, was met with global acclaim. The album includes hit tracks like SEVEN featuring Latto, 3D featuring Jack Harlow, and Standing Next to You, along with a remix of the latter featuring Usher.

Currently, Jungkook is serving in the Republic of Korea Army, having enlisted in 2023. He is stationed in the 5th Infantry Division and is expected to be discharged in 2025, along with his fellow BTS members. Following their military service, fans eagerly anticipate a full-group comeback.
