
Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif embraced parenthood in November after they welcomed a baby boy, Vihaan. Vicky previously reflected on parenthood and how they have been "sleep deprived," but they are happy and incredibly appreciative.
During a recent event by The Hollywood Reporter, Vicky talked about his 3-month-old son, Vihaan, calling Katrina a "warrior" throughout her pregnancy and parenthood. However, he dubbed himself more of a cheerleader.
Neha Dhupia asked Vicky at the event, “How is it being a brand new dad?" Vicky responded, “He is three months old right now, there’s very little a dad has to do when the baby is three months old, I’m just trying to be a cheerleader and I’m waiting for him to grow up so I can contribute more."
He continued while gushing over Katrina, and said, “Right now, the mother is being the superhero and she has been a warrior through her pregnancy and she has been a warrior as a mother as well. I’m so incredibly proud of her and I love her so much."
For the unversed, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal tied the knot in an intimate wedding on December 9, 2021. They got married in a private ceremony at Six Senses Fort Barwara in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan.
The couple welcomed their son in November 2025 and announced the arrival of the baby boy in an Instagram post. They wrote, “Our bundle of joy has arrived. With immense love and gratitude, we welcome our baby boy. 7th November 2025."
On the work front, Katrina was last seen in the movie Merry Christmas in 2024, which also starred Vijay Sethupathi. The actress is currently on a break from acting after she welcomed her first child.
Meanwhile, Vicky Kaushal is riding on the success of his blockbuster hit film, Chhaava. He will be next seen in Love and War with Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor.
