Priyanka Chopra, one of India’s most successful global actors, has wrapped up her latest filming schedule for the highly anticipated epic Varanasi and returned to Los Angeles to begin promotions for her upcoming Hollywood action film The Bluff. The news has delighted fans of both her Indian and international work, marking a busy moment in Priyanka’s career.

After finishing her commitments for Varanasi in Hyderabad — where she stars alongside Tollywood superstar Mahesh Babu and Malayalam actor Prithviraj Sukumaran — Priyanka took to social media to share a light-hearted moment from her departure.

In an Instagram Story, she posted a picture of herself carrying the city’s iconic bun maska, captioning it: “Taking a piece of Hyderabad with me… see you soon.. xx.”

The update came on the heels of her announcement that the Hyderabad block of filming was her last for the month, after which she would return to Los Angeles to focus on The Bluff, which is set for release on February 25, 2026.

Priyanka promised fans she would return to the Varanasi set soon after completing her promotional schedule abroad.

In Varanasi, Priyanka plays Mandakini, a dynamic character whose first-look posters have already created buzz, showing her in a bold yellow saree with a pistol — a striking departure from her recent Hollywood roles.

The film, directed by SS Rajamouli, is shaping up to be a massive production and marks Priyanka Chopra’s long-awaited return to Indian cinema after several years working predominantly in international projects.

Mahesh Babu, her co-star, also took to social media to praise her performance in The Bluff trailer, calling Priyanka “uncompromising and formidable” in her action avatar — comments that speak to her versatility and growing global appeal.
