Actors Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol attended a special screening of the new film Ikkis, which stars legendary actor and late father Dharmendra, in Mumbai on Sunday, December 28.
Several photos and videos from the red carpet of the screening are going viral on social media. In one of the videos, Bobby can be seen waving and briefly grinning for the cameras.
In another video, Bobby is seen interacting with paparazzi following the screening. The actor started crying as soon as he got inside his car. The actor was emotional as Ikkis marked the last film of his late father, Dharmendra.
He got into his car with his family. Bobby sat at the front, followed by his wife, Tanya Deol and son Aryaman Deol. He wiped away his tears, looking overwhelmed.
The release date of Ikkis has been changed by the producers from December 25, 2025, to January 1, 2026. Despite popular belief that the choice was made to prevent a potential confrontation with Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri or because of the box office storm produced by Dhurandhar, Amitabh Bachchan has emphasised that the decision was made for astrological grounds.
The film features Amitabh Bachchan's grandson, Agastya Nanda, in the lead role. In Ikkis, Simar Bhatia, Akshay Kumar's niece, will play the lead role, and Jaideep Ahlawat will have a significant role.

Dharmendra is survived by his first wife, Prakash Kaur; his second wife, actress Hema Malini; and six children, including daughters Vijeta and Ajeita from his first marriage, sons Sunny Deol and Bobby, and daughters Esha Deol and Ahana Deol from his second marriage.
