Former Ms India winner and Bollywood actress Celina Jaitly has filed a criminal complaint against her husband, Peter Haag, at the Versova Police Station on December 11, 2025. The actress has requested an investigation into his alleged offences of cheating, criminal misappropriation, criminal breach of trust, wrongful confinement, and outraging a woman's modesty.
Celina Jaitly filed a Domestic Violence Act lawsuit against her husband, Peter Haag. The Court of SC Tadye, Judicial Magistrate First Class, Andheri, Mumbai, postponed the case until January 27, 2026, so that both parties could submit their income affidavits and Mr Haag could submit his reply. Following this, both parties would be heard.
Celina has accused Peter of domestic abuse, cruelty, and manipulation in a complaint filed under the Domestic Violence Act. She has also demanded compensation of Rs 50 crore, stating that his actions have caused her to lose money. When the case was brought before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Andheri, in November, the Court ordered that notice be sent to Haag following the verification of the complaint.
Jaitly claims in her petition that her spouse "shows no empathy" for her or their kids and is a "narcissistic" and "self-absorbed" person. She claims that she was subjected to ongoing verbal, physical, emotional, and sexual abuse, which ultimately forced her to flee their Austrian house and return to India.
The actress has asked the court to prevent Haag from entering her Mumbai home and has requested maintenance of Rs 10 lakh every month. Additionally, she has requested custody of their three children, who are presently living in Austria with Haag.
Celina Jaitly tied the knot with Austrian hotelier Peter Haag in 2011. The former couple share three kids together.
