Baby John was released on December 25, 2024, but struggled to make an impact at the box office in its first two days. The film earned an estimated Rs 16.00 crore in India net, according to Sacnilk, reflecting a slow start during the first two days. Till now, the film has earned a total of Rs 19.65 crore in three days of release.
On its opening day, Baby John earned Rs 11.25 crore on December 25. However, the film experienced a significant drop of 57.78% in business on day two, bringing in Rs 4.75 crore. The downward trend continued on the third day, with earnings of Rs 3.65 crore, taking the total to Rs 19.65 crore (nett). On Friday, the film registered an overall occupancy rate of just 9.62% in Hindi.
Despite the initial setback, it's common for films to pick up momentum over the weekend depending on audience reactions and reviews.
