Actor and dancer Alyson Stoner has officially confirmed she won’t be heading back to Camp Rock 3, even as the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato return for the highly anticipated Disney reboot.

Alyson Stoner, who played tech-savvy dancer Caitlyn Geller in the first two films, broke the news in an interview with E! News. “I haven’t heard anything beyond that, but that sounds exciting,” Alyson Stoner said, adding they suspect the third film will mirror High School Musical’s approach by introducing a “new generation.”

Still, Alyson Stoner left the door cracked open with a playful nod: “Let me know if you need a coordinator on set.”

Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato Back in the Mix

Disney announced on September 17 that Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas, and Nick Jonas will reprise their roles as Connect 3, the fictional band that defined the Camp Rock franchise. Demi Lovato, who starred as Mitchie Torres, is returning as an executive producer this time around.

The official synopsis teases a fresh storyline: Connect 3 loses their opening act for a reunion tour, forcing them back to Camp Rock to scout new talent. What follows is a battle of rising stars, tested friendships, and the kind of drama only summer camp can deliver.

New Generation of Camp Rockers

The reboot won’t just be about nostalgia. Disney confirmed a new slate of characters, including Sage (Liamani Segura), Desi (Hudson Stone), Rosie (Lumi Pollack), Cliff (Casey Trotter), Callie (Brooklynn Pitts), Madison (Ava Jean), and camp rebel Fletch (Malachi Barton). Actress Sherry Cola also joins the franchise as Lark.

Meanwhile, Maria Canals-Barrera will reprise her role as Mitchie’s mom, Connie.
