The result of the Lok Sabha election 2024 is finally out. The BJP-led NDA has a majority of 290 seats, whereas the INDIA bloc is at 235 Among the 543 Lok Sabha seats, there were several constituencies where the election results were particularly unexpected. Incumbent BJP MP Smriti Irani lost to Congress’ KL Sharma by over 1,65,000 votes. Nakul Nath, son of Congress leader Kamal Nath and the incumbent MP of CHHINDWARA; he lost his seat by over 1,13 thousand votes to BJP’s Bunty Vivek Sahu.
