The Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE), Tamil Nadu, has released the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) 2025 Round 2 seat allotment result on its official website tneaonline.org. Candidates who took part in the second round of counselling can now log in using their registered email ID and password to check their allotment status.

This round of counselling is important for candidates aiming to secure admission into government, government-aided, and private engineering colleges in Tamil Nadu. Admissions are offered based on Class 12 marks, as no separate entrance test is conducted under TNEA.

How to Check TNEA 2025 Round 2 Seat Allotment Result

To view the allotment result, candidates can follow these steps:

  2. Click on the “Login” button on the homepage
  3. Enter your registered email ID and password
  4. Click on “Round 2 Seat Allotment Result”
  5. The allotment status will appear on the screen
  6. Download and save the allotment letter for future use

What to Do After Allotment

If a seat has been allotted, candidates should:

  1. Confirm the seat by logging into the TNEA portal
  2. Pay the initial admission fee within the specified deadline
  3. Download the provisional allotment order

Candidates must complete these steps within the deadline. If they fail to confirm their seat or make the payment on time, the seat will be cancelled and offered in the next counselling round.
