The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the NEET PG 2025 Round 1 seat allotment result on its official website, mcc.nic.in. Candidates who took part in the first round of counselling can now check their allotment status by downloading the result PDF from the website.

The seat matrix for this round shows several key updates. A total of 239 new postgraduate seats have been added in Deemed Universities. These seats were recently approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC). At the same time, 235 PG DNB seats have been removed following information shared by the National Board of Examinations (NBE). The seats withdrawn include 186 Government DNB and 49 private DNB seats, leading to a revised list of available seats in government institutes offering DNB courses.

Candidates were allowed to fill in and lock their choices between 20 November and 21 November 2025. MCC began processing these choices at 2 PM on 21 November 2025. Those who have been allotted a seat in this round must report to their assigned college between 23 November and 1 December 2025.
