The Maharashtra NEET 2025 Round 1 Merit List for MBBS/BDS admissions will be released today at cetcell.mahacet.org. Registered candidates can check their status on the official website.

The State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell, Maharashtra will release the Round 1 Merit List for Maharashtra NEET UG Counselling 2025 today, August 6, 2025. Candidates who registered between July 23 and August 4 for MBBS and BDS admissions can check the merit list on the official counselling website cetcell.mahacet.org.

The merit list will include the names of candidates eligible for admission to 85 per cent of state quota seats in Maharashtra. The remaining 15 per cent of seats will be filled under the All India Quota (AIQ) through MCC counselling.

How to Check Maharashtra NEET 2025 Merit List

  1. Visit cetcell.mahacet.org
  2. Click on the NEET UG section under ‘Undergraduate Courses’
  3. Find and click the link for ‘Maharashtra NEET UG Merit List 2025’
  4. Download the PDF
  5. Search for your name or roll number in the list

A direct link to the merit list will be provided once it is available.

Document Verification Process

Once the merit list is out, shortlisted candidates must attend the document verification process at their allotted colleges.

  • Candidates must carry original certificates along with two sets of attested photocopies
  • All documents submitted must be valid and updated

Only candidates who submitted their Maharashtra NEET 2025 counselling application between July 23 and August 4, 2025, and met all the required eligibility criteria will be included in the Round 1 merit list.

According to the National Testing Agency (NTA), 2,42,858 candidates appeared for NEET 2025 from Maharashtra, out of which 1,25,727 have qualified.

Candidates are advised to keep checking the official website for updates on the seat matrix, choice filling process, and further counselling rounds.
