IIM CAT Admit Card 2024: The Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta) will release the admit cards for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 shortly. Once released, candidates who registered for the exam can now download their hall tickets from the official CAT website: iimcat.ac.in.

The registrations for CAT 2025 opened on August 1 and closed on September 20, 2024. The exam will be conducted on November 24, 2024. Candidates can follow the step-by-step process given below to access the admit card.

How to download CAT Admit Card 2024?

Step 1. Visit the official CAT website at https://iimcat.ac.in/
Step 2. On the homepage, you will find a link or section for "Candidate Login."
Step 3. Click on it and enter your CAT 2024 registration number and password.
Step 4. Verify the captcha code and click on the "Login" button.
Step 5. Once logged in, you should be able to see your dashboard or profile page.
Step 6. Look for a link or option to download your admit card.
Step 7. Click on it to access your admit card.
Step 8. The admit card will be displayed on your screen.
Step 9. Download it as a PDF file to your computer.

Exam Structure

The CAT 2024 exam comprised three sections: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR), and Quantitative Ability (QA). Candidates were given a total of 120 minutes to complete the exam, with 40 minutes dedicated to each section and no option to switch between them. The test consisted of 66 questions in both multiple-choice (MCQ) and Type-In-The-Answer (TITA) formats. A marking scheme awarded +3 points for correct answers in the MCQ section, with a -1 penalty for incorrect responses.
