 Polyester Staple Fibre, 5000 tpa of Polyester Chips and 1000 tpa each
 of Nylon 6 Chips and Nylon 6.6 Chips.
 
 -The Company is engaged in the manufacture of Polyester Staple
 Fibres, Polyester Chips, Nylon 6 Chips and Nylon 6.6 Chips. Shares
 issued through Prospectus.
